January GATE holiday masterclass (Years 4, 5, 6 and 8)
Everest Tutoring's January GATE masterclass is six 2.5-hour sessions in one week: four masterclasses across the ASET components, one timed mock exam and a review session with a parent-tutor interview, capped at 10 students, for $450, at Harrisdale, Willetton and Perth Modern.

How a lesson runs
The tutor introduces or revises the concept with worked examples on the board, one component at a time.
Students work from the Everest booklet while the tutor checks every student's working, so mistakes are caught in the room.
The last part of every class is doubt time and one-to-one guidance. Nobody moves on until everyone has it, and the booklet goes home with answers at the back.
