Tutors are named here with their consent. Photographs are used only where a tutor has agreed to one, which is why some profiles show initials instead.

Questions about our tutors

Are Everest tutors qualified teachers?
Most are not registered teachers. They are high-ATAR university students and graduates who sat the same exams recently, teach one subject area each, and work from Everest booklets written by the teaching team. A current Working With Children Check is required before a tutor takes a class.
Will my child have the same tutor each week?
Yes. Each class has one tutor for the term, which is how the tutor can tell you what changed since last week. If a tutor is away, the class is covered by another tutor who teaches the same subject at the same year level.
Can we choose a tutor?
Ask when you book. Class times and tutors are listed on each programme page, so you can pick the class that has the tutor you want, subject to seats. Call 0404 604 673 and the centre team will tell you what is open.
